Will try to participate and get some free days. Not sure how well I will be doing though as I have loads of stress/bad things going on in my life right now. But at least I want to keep track somehow!

3/4... Admitted to my gp (again) this morning that was having a problem with drinking "sometimes" to cope with anxiety, too. So I guess she'll check in with me on this now, which might hold me more accountable :)
