@Luna: sounds like a solid plan. Aiming too high would only lead to frustration and negative thoughts, I suppose
@Neverenough: I don't see why not There's almost always someone here to support you when you hit a rough patch.

I'm just not trying hard enough. I feel like there's no incentive to cut down... and I'm also in a 'fuck it' sort of mood. I will be getting my shit together for next week though.
It's 10pm and I have been distracting myself up until now with the show Intervention . I will allow 1 for tonight.
