I relate as well. I was actually thinking yesterday that the cup of tea I have after I'm done b/p and cleaning up is more enjoyable than any part of my binging pattern! So why am I still so hung up on food?
Yep, I can also relate. Every time I'm like "Not another muffin, I can't eat anymore fucking muffins in my lifetime."
Yet, I still do it.
I have to say I am pretty impressed at how many new food items come on to the market... it's probably different in different regions, but it seems like every month or so there's something new that I just have to try! It actually doesn't really improve the binging that much... but at least I'm not stuck on the same flavour of muffins/chocolate/crisps etc.
And given that we are all so bored of binging, why are we still doing it? I have no idea what i get out of this process anymore... its almost like I need it just to give myself a sense of 'normalcy' in the world because I'm so used to doing it?
