I am glad you had the wisdom to transfer from EDNOS to AN intake but you are taking it too far.

I'm in inpatient at the moment and have been so for a month. They are trying to work with me and put me on an approx 880 calorie diet to try and stop me from purging and then work from there. My weight still went up but seems to have stabilised now.

Today

Breakfast-1 pack of cream crackers, 1 Alpro soya yogurt

Snacks, 1 pack of cream crackers

Lunch 2 1/2 slices of sandwich sliced turkey slices with a side salad, packet of cream crackers and 1 Alpro soya yogurt

snacks will be 1 pack of cream crackers

Dinner 1 side salad with turkey slices, if it ends up being different i will post it, it's the same again as lunch time. 1 Alpro soya yogurt, 1 packet of crackers

Snack-1 packet of crackers

That is what i ate yesterday and have been mostly eating for two weeks. Some days the turkey slices is replaced with an omlette or tuna and that has happened only a few times. I've decided if i get those options again i will only eat half of it.

They've increased my meal a little because my protein dropped to 52 and albuium dropped to 28 and also my WCC was out. They increased the protein content of my meals by taking out two crackers and adding the yogurts and also increasing the amount of thin sliced turkey i get.

Today i ate

Breakfast- 2 slices of turkey thin sliced, 1 pack of Jacob's crackers which has 2 crackers in it. 1 alpro soya yogurt

Morning snack, 1 alpro soya yogurt

Lunch-4 slices of turkey thin sliced, 1 pack of Jacob's crackers and 1 alpro soya yogurt

Afternoon snack, 1 alpro cherry soya yogurt

Dinner-same as lunch

Supper-1 pack

My meal plan is now about 1,000 calories or thereabouts. I have stopped gaining and my alb..... and my protein went into the normal limits after two weeks of following the above plan with increased protein. I am still dealing with odemea and have lost some water weight but a doctor said today i still have some of it left. My weight has now dropped in the last 3 plus week and i guess i am helping it a long by doing exercise now also on the ward. The fact that my protein and alb... has gone into the normal range now will help the odemea to shift. I am doing my best with the meal plan, sometimes i do purge a bit after dinner but am not that successful due to some things i won't go into here.

I'm going to try to eat 1 cup of potato salad along with what I normally eat.  I usually eat the exact same thing every day and my nutritionist wants me to add potatoes/rice, fats, and proteins.  This is a big step for me and I know it sounds so silly, but when you've gone years eating the same thing day in and day out, it's huge.

Since the 26th of July i've been following a 2,500 meal plan in ip and have only vomited a handful of times. My weight went up quite a bit in the first week. I battle with myself about stopping and i keep on going, but today i think i will struggle with the meals and am thinking about just eating one meal a day here or just refusing everything. I find the weight gain difficult. I have a CPA here on the 20th of August and i want to be discharged onto the CTO they want me on. I really want them to decrease my meal plan but they won't until i reach a weight they want me to maintain at.

I will post what i ate today this evening.

^ I know it must be really tough but perhaps this is what you need right now? It's easier to maintain op than to gain in my experience. And if you're on a CTO you don't want to be leaving in an already precarious position. Really well done on managing the last couple of weeks hun, I know the struggle must be immense xxx

Thanks ribbon, i had a difficult start to the day, but staff support got me through breakfast and i actually completed the rest of the day. Things are feeling foreign to me and i feel like i will stop soon and right now it is one meal at a time.

On the ward.
Breakfast 30g Branflakes 150ml Soya milk, and one apple
Lunch One boiled egg, side salad and soya yogurt and one apple
Dinner One boiled egg side salad and soya yogurt and one apple

I arrived back on the ward on Wednesday evening. They started me on a refeeding plan, a decrease of 300 calories compared to what i was eating previously My current plan is 900 calories a day. .When i was in medical hospital they wouldn't let you have two desserts. For example i couldn't have a sugar free jelly and an apple. The dietican there could have changed it for my needs, but i feel a bit like a bit uncomfortable having to do that now on the ward, like i am having too much in a way. I still find my meal plan hard to cope with, but it is more bearable than before. My exercising for now has reduced. I lost weight and my meal plan has been reduced. Hopefully this will help me to gain more stability ECG's etc.
