A whole bottle of wine! And 3oz. chicken breast.

 

I think I might have an alcohol problem.

15 raw cashews

wine

 

plus 9 miles done. i feel too full.

green machine-vegan protein powder, 1/2 frozen banana, few cubes frozen mango, 30 cal almond milk, loads of spinach)

5 grilled shrimp

1 cup beet-tomato-cukes

kombucha (6 oz)

4 oz ahi, 1 cup salad

all the wines. 

 

i feel like i could live on slightly tweaked variations of this particular day pretty much forever. how sad it is to see that in writing.

vegan sweet potato squash soup

8 raw almonds

2 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds

few goji berries

 

want wine. too early. must sort dinner. to all of this i say meh.

1 cup brothy veg soup

green veggie juice (kale, cucumber, ginger, celery, spinach, green apple, lime)

2 oz black beans

dinner- salmon, potatoes, greens- delicious...and then purged. 

 

For a few weeks I was being so moderate and embracing my body and all of that noise, and then sort of freaked. Back to this old thing again, slip sliding away.

so. beat. too much mileage, too little sleep.

 

coffee coffee with unsweetened almond milk- 15

baked egg cup x 2 (muffin tin-sized portion of egg, low fat chevre, and veg)- per my calculations, approx 85 calories each

raspberry quest bar- 180

small peach- 75

4 oz salmon- 120

carrot salad with tofu and curry-120

wine- 200

random bites of toddler leftovers-120?

now wine. 

 

can't handle any semblance of feeling sated. i freak the fuck out. only soup, smoothies, protein bars, salad, and small pieces of fruit feel safe at the moment.

everything is fucked right now, cannot force myself to eat more than the minimum i need to keep myself from toppling over. marriage is disintegrating, family is a wreck, nerves are frayed.

thank you for your kind words! things seemed to have softened a bit, and we've got an appointment with a counselor next week, hoping to make some headway then. just trying to be gentle with each other in the meanwhile.

quest bar (tasted so gross for some reason, very chemically)

need to totter through the rest of the day and sort something for family supper tonight of which I can manage a portion, just for show.

such a wreck.

 

yesterday: 1/2 quest bar, beer, wine, some guacamole eventually 

 

today: coffee, some turkey deli meat, salmon, veg, wine

 

every option on the table in front of me seems like the wrong one.
