For those who would like to share what they eat in a day's time and feel their intake qualifies as EDNOS / who are diagnosed with EDNOS.

I hope to see all of you move on to this topic's equivalent in a recovery-oriented corner of this lovely community when your time comes. Until then, let this be a place for you to share & find support

Once again I'm going to try and get to grips with looking at what I eat as a whole, rather than justifying to myself what I'm eating in the moment, irrespective of what I've already had or plan to have!

Yesterday

B special K strawberry and chocolate cereal w ss milk

L 4 plain pancakes, chocolate mousse, 1 piece of homemade malteaser marshmallow.

D chicken and pasta swirls in homemade tomato sauce. (Blended tinned tomatoes, pesto, tomato puree, garlic, salt, pepper)

S 4 squares of chocolate.

Today so far.

B as above

L chicken, mushroom, cheese panini, small skinny latte w sf vanilla syrup.

Nana Korobi Ya Oki - Fall down seven times, stand up eight.

All the time you have breath in you're body, there is hope.

Made my own simplified version of this awesome recipe.. fried some plantains with some coconut.. made some quinoa then added that to the plantains.. mixed over heat.. sauteed some garlic and ginger, added that to the mix... tossed it with some more coconut and lime juice.. put it in the freezer to cool off.. chopped up a ton of cilantro.. then took the other stuff out of freezer (it was still warm) and mixed all together..

Nummers.. I've eaten that and 3 oranges..

All the foods you do eat are very nutritionally dense foods which is awesome but if you're feeling chest pain and weakness you might want to get checked out.  Do you still purge?  (if you don't mind me asking.)  I would feel like that after throwing up. (not even during my bulimia days but when it was more a now and again b/p)  :D

sorry I'm late...

I've been.. they tell me it's anxiety which is a load of shit.. maybe I'll go back because when i used to go a lot of my symptoms dealt with a racing heart rhythm and palpitations whereas nowadays it tends to beat slower and will skip beats (along with chest pains and labored breathing).. they can't tell me it's anxiety when my pulse is barely reaching 60 when this happens.. (though i could just hear them say 'well 60 is in the normal bpm range... ..'.. i REALLY hate doctors..)..

Thanks kazleent.. maybe I'll get the nerve to go back..

No purging anymore.. heart is so bad without it that i really fear the worst if i did..

Today (so far):

1 c oatmeal
2 dates
A little flax/sunflower seed/coconut mix..

The oatmeal was a cup dry too.. much more after it was made..:P..

Added:

2.5 cups of watermelon blended with 2 celery stalks.. this drink is SO good.. everybody should try it..

Later will probably have more oatmeal plus a homemade rice and lentil soup.. and either watermelon or the watermelon & celery juice thing..

That's great you don't purge anymore, but then I guess that's not what's making you feel that way!

Doctors really piss me off like that.  Once you have the anxiety diagnosis they will always just assume it's that (had that happen to me too).  I completely understand why you would be hesitant.  If you do go,  add some symptoms, that they can't ignore as heart related so that they have to do tests to rule things out.  (That's what I would do;)  )

Hope you feel better!

The watermelon celery drink sounds so refreshing~

Well i think it was directly effected by my purging.. so at this point not electrolyte imbalances but more heart damage.. i am constantly very weak and my heart gets rattled very easily... My heart too would get really bad when i purged but one day it just didn't stop..

thanks for the reply.. it means a lot..:)..
