Jan 1st and 2nd: 3 drinks each
Yesterday and today will be zero drinks

I had 13 drinks both yesterday and on Wednesday. I wish i did feel worse the day after, as it would be a good incentive to stop. Unfortunately, it doesn't leave with a hangover or anything. I just KNOW it isn't good for my health...
Going to the smart recovery group today. Hoping to learn some skills to cope with urges and anxiety in the afternoons.

Thank you for your support. My doc isn't big on medications, so is reluctant to prescribe anything for the anxiety. Supposed to doing breathing and stuff, which helps sometimes (when I'm not that anxious) but otherwise feels pretty useless and impossible when I'm in the midst of a panic attack.
Haven't been doing real well with this. 4-8 drinks the past few days. Going to keep trying though... still hoping to get to the recovery group
