Spaghetti squash. I'm not sure how I feel about it though, it was kind of bland. I'm going to try it with some tomato sauce and parmesan cheese tonight so that might do the trick.

S'mores cookie...it was absolutely heavenly.

Tesco chicken noodle low calorie soup. I am amazed as it doesn't taste too bad being under 50 cals.

Is that the one that's basically their own version of cup-a-soup? I've been obsessed with that stuff recently :P

Yup, it is. A lot of the Tesco soups seem to be low calories and the taste isn't bad.

Yogurt ice cream (not exactly froyo but close) from Albert Heijn's home brand, but I guess it's comparable to sweetened yogurt ice cream across brands/stores/countries :D All I need is a spoon because that container is not going back half-empty!

Beets. Ive never cooked with it before. :) last night I threw one into the veggie/rice soup I made for me and bf, and it was delish. Very basic soup- just green onion, beet, rice and a couple carrots, w/ spices in broth, poured over coarsely chopped lettuces in a bowl to serve.

I think daikon or bok choi will be next.

Ughhh!!.. i LOVE beets.. totally a major liver cleanser.. I'm obsessed..

I just made this recipe.. boiled about 1/3 beet and 2 carrots (chopped).. and then put some kale in a food processor with about 7 deglet dates.. whipped it down very fine then cooled off the carrots and dates under water and added them to the food processor.. made a nice little salad.. it was so good and totally spontaneous haha..

So obsessed with this health shit though.. it's unreal.. i think it's an old symptom of my bulimia.. cleaning myself out..
