Welcome to September! Good luck everyone :)

2/3
I woke up in bed with a guy with no recollection of him or having sex. I'm totally managing moderation...

Had a bad start to the month, but hopefully can turn things around. Yesterday was free at least :)

I'm going to aim to cut back to 2 drinks each day. It was just 2 today.

Thanks, Nook. I am ok.

I don't know what my goals for this month are. Deep down I think I'm kidding myself about being able to handle moderation but I don't want to stop drinking. I also don't want to fuck up my life (again).

^ But you saw day three which is something to be proud of. It's not total abstinence vs total failure. Getting to day three is a success :) I think we've all been at the point where one day (even one hour) is a massive achievement but it does get easier.

I went to get my wallet back from the bar I left it in on Wednesday and a guy I don't even remember seeing said, "you were wasted the other night" then offered to buy me a drink! I was so embarassed which helped me to say no and just come back home but it was another reminder that I'm walking a tightrope at the moment and if I'm not careful I'll be back twhere I was a few years ago. Drink, sex, eating disorders, self harm...will it ever be possible to get them all under control at the same time?!

((Achromatic)) i often wonder if it will be possible for me to get all my stuff together at the same time too. It has to be possible, right? Anyway, you are doing really well and i hope you can keep being strong
