Okay, I'm changing the game for myself. I've decided that as long as I stick to two glasses of wine a day (3 standard drinks) then I'm fine with that. It has not real ill effects for me and he past period of time I've been pretty good at sticking to that, so for now, that's what my goal is. If this is taken into account, my tally is 9/11 for this month.

Ive run out of likes for today... but want to like all of your posts... keep on fighting everyone!
Lottie, your goal of 2 (3) drinks a day seems like something i should aspire to also...

Today has sucked. 6 drinks... but going to aim for the next few days free... then the max of 2 thing :o

Nook - If you can do it, go for it. Some times I find all or nothing easier to stick to but other times moderation / harm minimisation is the key. Best wishes :)

Thank you nook, I'm glad I could help.  :) 
I have much more time than I have had in previous semesters to study so I am feeling ok right now. I feel like it's do-able. It helps that I'm in goal-reaching mode so I feel more determined to achieve alcohol free days.

I totally agree with Lottie. Sometimes it is better to not aim for free days because it puts too much pressure but to set more achievable goals like sticking to a certain number of drinks/not starting to drink before a certain time etc

I think it is most important to set achievable goals that are reachable than setting maybe too high ones and not reaching them and then feel bad...

Some times are harder than others (be it drinking/ED/SH etc, you name it), we all go through different phases. But sticking to the "trying to get better" in the long run is the most important thing! And we all are doing that! And so we all are doing great! :)
