Yep, 5/12 too.
2 drinks last night. Back to uni today too... Hopefully the anxiety won't topple things way out of control :/

Really sucking with this atm. Just trying to minimise the amount of drinks. Aiming for no more than 3... (going on to my 3rd for the evening now...)

After having a serious meltdown with my alcohol about a month ago, I had gone three weeks alcohol free until last Saturday.
Aiming for a week but allowing a drink here and there if I stuff up.
Or maybe that's because I'm afraid of messing up so I'm trying to make it easier on myself if i do.
